Yesterday I decided to get back on track with my dieting and exercising. Before I became pregnant with Audrey I was doing Weight Watchers and exercising 5 days a week. I had lost 20 pounds. So I decided to give WW another try. I like the program because they work with nursing moms. I just have to add a few points a day to keep my calory intake at the right place. So today is day 2 of eating good and exercising. I'm not sure when I'll actually have the time to get to the gym again, but for now I am exercising at home. Hopefully I will be able to keep up with it.
I hate dieting though. It is so hard (understatement of the century). Last night at Young Women we borrowed a chocolate fountain and had a chocolate party. We had every delectable treat known to man to dip in the beautiful waterfall of glistening milk chocolate. It was one of the hardest things I've ever endured...but I did it. I only had some apples and strawberries, and one pretzel stick...not to shabby. I can resist temptation, I know I can. I can stick to this diet program and by Christmas I will look like a super model...right???

That's nice Jeff...
You will look like a super model! You can totally do it! If you did it before, you can do it again. And if you need encouragement, call me! I am trying the same thing. For some reason, I have stopped losing, and started gaining, but I will keep at it. Plus, you do NOT want to end up like me!!!

Thanks Jenny! It helps so much to have positive reinforcement! Don't worry you will start loosing again...you're probably retaining water because of the stress of moving.
